Christina Vittiglio is Of Counsel at Stieglitz & Welch PLLC with a primary focus in Immigration Law. Christina graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law cum laude. Christina began working in Immigration Law immediately after graduating law school and has zealously advocated for hundreds of immigrants before the Immigration Courts. Christina represents clients who are being removed from the United States as well as representing clients in family based petitions, obtaining legal permanent residency through marriage to U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents, Provisional Waivers, U-Visas for victims of crimes, VAWA, DACA, and Naturalization. She is dedicated to providing personal support throughout her clients’ immigration journey.
